It is widely believed that Education is one of the most important processes to construct a fairer and more equal society making it possible to educate critical and creative individuals, who transform objective and subjective conditions of reality.
It is also essential to consider that a non-predatory relationship with the environment is one of the most vital current requirements in life and based on this, the following aspects can be achieved: social justice, cultural diversity, humanizing the economy and life itself on the planet.
Chemistry – as well as Biology, Geoscience, among others – is a fundamental field to understand the complex features of the natural and the artificial environment.
